Is anyone an expert at Signing Central?

I am trying to add 'Teriel Closing Solutions' to Signing Central but receive a message they are already listed. Is Signing Central a searchable database? This company doesn't appear to be listed.

Try looking in the SA section ...

Only ONE listing is allowed - either as a Signing Service, in Signing Central, or as a Signing Agent in the same place you're listed. You'll find there are quite a few SS's listed in the SA section - much to MY personal chagrin.

I couldn't find them in SC either, Stoli

I've done several jobs for Teriel (out of Denver, Colo) this year with no fee or payment issues. Has your experience with them been positive, too? It would be good to list them in SC so others would know....

So, I googled them and checked each one of their 7 phone numbers on SC and each one came up blank. They seem to be out of Denver. However, one of their phone numbers is out of New Jersey.

Their website is still incomplete. Do you have an email address for them?

Goldgirl, this is my first assignment for them; wanted to

check Signing Central before committing to the assignment, but Teriel Closing Solutions isn't listed. After receiving two failed notices from Notary Rotary telling me they are already listed, I deferred to the board for help.

The possible reasons given are as follows:

Dear Signing Central Administrator:

A Notary Rotary member just tried to add a company to our database through the Add a Company feature in Signing Central, but the request failed. The system determined that the company may already exist in our database based on an analysis of its name, city and state, phone number, fax number and e-mail address. You must determine what happened and whether any data we already have in the system for the company is accurate. There are a handful of possible scenarios:
The company exists, but it's known by another name,
The company exists, but their profile is disabled,
The company exists, but is not coded as doing business in the member's state, or
Another company was mistakenly identified as the company in question.

Clearly, Notary Rotary thinks this company is listed, but I'll be dipped, I can't find it.

they are listed as a member that's why you can't

add the company.

I always send NotRot an email to add companies I can't, and most if not all of the responses I've gotten were that someone (the owner) is listed a member, and not company, and that they would have to first contact the member before adding to SC.
