National Loan Closers

called with an open signing for tonight. in XYZ town. I said I'm sorry I don't go there. Too much crime. Borrowers can meet me in a public forum in abc town 10 minutes away from them. National Loan Closers said they would let Bs know. I asked if they had docs as Bs are very flexible. No, not yet. We pay $75.00 for 25 mile radius. Sorry, I am not a $75.00 notary. My fee is $xxx. Let me see if I can get that approved!. Needless to say, I've not heard back but I see on S/C someone gave them 5 stars. Not my experience. Sending me out for 75. edocs to a high crime area and docs are ready. Very unprofessional and lowballers to boot.

If you read earlier posts, looks like they gave themselves five stars. It took my sister almost six months to get paid.

I'm wondering about the validity of SC. I posted a comment about The Signing Agent. It was taken down and she was given 5 stars. I guess a company can give themselves 5 stars when they want to.

I'm confused, what does "The Signing Agent" have to do with National Loan Closers, are you saying they are the same company? TSA has a five star rating from A LOT of different SA's. Are you saying those posts are from themselves and not from SA's? I can't see where they posted about themselves in SC. Why would your post have been removed? SC is a valid tool and very helpful for all of us.

I never said National loan closers is The signing agent. I don't have as much confindence in SC as I used to because they allow SS to give themselves 5 stars. That is my point.

the hiring company, only the platform. I know--it's confusing.
