National Vendor Solutions
I have worked with them a couple of times and they always pay super quick and are very nice. They do have big packages, but I am hurting for work and don't really mind. If they cancel then I get $$, if the bwrs are not home or DON'T want to sign then I get $$ and if they DO sign I get $$...it's a win, win, WIN for me! Don't know why anyone would have negative things to say, at least they have work for us who are hurting!

Sounds like you and Anthony are going to get along very nicely.

Why is that? Do you work with them often? I see you have a lot of negative things to say and you are commenting a lot about them, you must not be very busy work-wise...

Maybe it's because your fees are $$ and not $$$. MHOP

Your philosophy is: "at least I have work!"
My philosophy is I don't work myself into a hole. If it costs more to do the job you aren't making anything, your just creating a cash flow, but that doesn't pay the bills or keep you solvent.

I work for them every so often. And I get $$$, my regular fee. My only problem with them is since we do not contact the borrower (at first I was a little wary of that) they sometimes were not told to make a COPY of their IDs to be returned with the loan pkg. Other than that I have never had a problem with them.

Copy of ID not needed for MIC loans through NVS
If it's a Mortgage Investor's Corp loan (which is all I have done through NVS), the NVS instructions specifically state that you don't need to collect a copy of ID. All you need to do is complete the ID verification forms, and the lender form requires two forms of ID be logged.
I keep these close to home and only do them for $XXX, due to the large packages and no contact borrower rule. With that said, I have always been paid at 30 days from NVS without hassle, and have been paid 1/2 fee as stated on their confirmation for the few no-signs I've had.

Re: Copy of ID not needed for MIC loans through NVS
I have done several signings for them without a problem. I did one yesterday and I got the docs 8 hours early. A man called me to let me know the docs had been sent and I told him I had done a lot of MIC signing through other Companies and had always been able to call MIC after the final figures had been done and they would give you the phone number. He said they did not have a problem with that and offered to give me the number of the MIC contact person. I told him it wasn't necessary since I have already gotten the borrowers number off of White Pages. So I called the borrowers. No Problem.

Happy to hear this is working well for you. If you haven't already done so, please comment on Signing Central.

I work for them all the time. Early docs. Great communication with cancels and reschedule. No call to BWR's is lender policy. They have 800 # to verify any questions at table or BWR # and directions. Always paid within 30 days.

Welcome, Aurelio. As you've said, your name is a common
latin name. What you're probably not aware of is that we had some ugly business go on about a month ago with someone with that name. It was very unfortunate, but some mistakingly thought he was someone posing as an imposter or troll. I wanted to let you in on that, so you can brush off any stupid comments that might come your way.

I'm glad to hear it's working our for you. I didn't get paid a print fee for a borrower that cancelled the appt. I also didn't like not being able to confirm with the borrowers. Again, what works for some doesn't work for others.

Also wouldn't pay me for a print fee, until I offered to
come by and pick it up myself! Saved them a stamp!

Re: what I dont like about National Vendor Solutions....
Had a bad experience today. I Was scheduled to perform a closing at 3pm and 30 minutes before the closing I receive a call that the documents are being revised. I had already printed the documents and was at another appointment. This appointment was going to have to be pushed back, so I had to cancel. Here's there response to my invoice for a print fee. "Due to you canceling 20 minutes prior to closing. We had to pay extra to another notary to complete closing. All closing funds are to be paid to new notary."
Really
