Nations Signature Closers, Inc

I have done a lot of closings for these people. They are great to work for. Sounds like everybody else has more work than they can handle not to put up with their requirements.
It is not to hard to call in after the closing and report what has taken place. I always report
in after the closing and have never had any calls. They have dropped the Kinko's request so
that is not a problem anymore. I agree that was not a good idea. My Kinko's was within two
blocks of Walmart's home office (maybe you have heard of them?) not easy to get too at certain times. I asked them to pay me while I sat in traffic. They weren't going to save much
money.

I would like to have several companies like them to work for.

I agree if they will not pay what you ask. I have never been "lowballed" by them and make
my standard "$$$" fee everytime. My dealings with them have always been good except for the Kinko's thing.

Just maybe...they pay is based on the area andnumber of notaries in that area. Not too far fetched. I would choose to focus on the quality of service provided and the fee associated with it. Obviously I am in the minority. JMO

Sounds like an advertisement. Are some of these notorious lowballer's coercing newbies and promising more work if they give a good rating?
I just fired a lowballer, even though they occasionally met my fee ($$$).
The handholding just got to be too much when docs were late, and they called me every 10 minutes on a 1 hour drive to find out where I was.

Used to do quite a few for them each year. Tapered off in 2009, and haven't heard from them this year. Always paid my standard fee, and **paid within two weeks.** Will take anything they want to send my way.

Of course, what would you expect except absolutely top-of-the-line performance from a company named Nations?

I quit working for them when I printed out docs for a double closing, arrived at the borrowers home to find someone else there with single loan docs already signing the borrowers. Called the company and was told that they would pay me for printing and trip since the borrowers had changed their minds about the second loan. I was never paid and they denied ever sending me a confirmation or the docs. I forwarded the docs back to them along with the confirmation and they still refused to pay me, I'll never take another closing from them, they lie.

I quit working for them after I spent 2 1/2 hours at a borrower's house on a Saturday and they refused to pay anything but a trip fee after the borrower finally decided against the loan (in the past, they had always paid full fee on the rare occasions there was a no sign and it took the same time as a completed signing due to issues, phone calls, corrections, etc). And Nations was extremely rude about it too. They used to be a good company, but over the last couple of years I saw a steady decline of cheaper fees, absolutely horrid communication, and bad attitudes.

I did several closings for them over the last year, but all work has stopped from them now. Never had any issue with them paying me my standard $$$ fee, or any other problems. They always paid me within 2 weeks, I would welcome any and all work from them.
