I think that most SS don’t have a general rule to call the NSA just prior to meeting the borrower(s) and have them check to see if their zipper is down. This may not a bad idea, but since most NSA’s are female, this call is not routinely necessary. Perhaps we should state on our gender on our confirmation and if male get such a reminder call? Would this be considered more that “hand holding”?

Looks like something along the same lines as the
deli platform...except I do see info there about companies rating notaries....
Listing is free to notary signing agents.
I did not get e-mail - I googled them.
