Last wk & this wk have been consistently busy for me.

I've been averaging 2 a day for these 2 weeks. Fine by me! Bring 'em on and any more that may be in the pipeline!

Loan signing business is really heating up!

I am getting 4-5 calls every day to loan signings.

Great news (and this is in the Inland Empire)!!

I asked one company, who I do a lot of signings with, if they were experiencing the volume of loans increasing in the last month and they said they were overwhelmed with loans closing.

Another company I work with told me that the lender (EST) was working till 11 pm!

Yesterday, I had a problem with info on a loan and I called the contact number with no answer and then got a call 2 hours later and they said we're "swamped" with loans and couldn't answer my call.

Good for all of us!

I am getting more calls.....about half get turned down who don't meet my fee and the other half are the professional companies who value our service and meet my fee without a blink.

I got 5 calls in the period of a half hour on Friday afternoon! 3 signings for today and 2 for next week. I now have 5 lined up for next week and am figuring to get more calls on Monday. Keep them coming!

things are heating up so this is also a good time to start

increasing your fees a little bit for each assignment. I've asked for an additional $10-15 per assignment and about 70% of the time it gets approved. The small amounts add up pretty quick!
