Premier Signing Services-Reynoldsburg, OH
Their complaints are growing in Signing Central. George is nice but when it comes to bill payment, he defers to Matt who ignores e-mails and professes that he will take care of the payment. I am still owed for a no-close/re-sign back in JANUARY. No excuse. I think you will be taking a risk for work for this company no matter how NICE George is. There is a disconnect between George and Matt when it comes to payment. Pay attention folks. I will no longer work for Premier.

I won't work for them, either. Too many excuses. I had to fight for payment on the last 3 orders. Most recently, it wasn't until I faxed a demand letter that I got paid. It shouldn't come to that. Matt promised the check had been processed, but the postmark was three weeks after that. And they told me George no longer works for them.

I have never had a problem getting paid, but its been awhile since I've worked for them. Sorry to hear this and won't be accepting any jobs. Another one bites the dust.

The last several comments in SC are not good, and they
come from all different states. This shows a pattern to me, so I won't be working for them either. I have coded them in my phone as a no-no company. They did call me the other day - we could not agree on fee. Afterward I checked them out here on NotRot and decided I was better off without them.

Since we weren't a party to these signings we don't know what transpired. I always believe that there are 3 sides to every story and the truth lies somewhere in the middle. I will reiterate that they have always paid me as agreed. We don't know what the notaries did or didn't do on those assignments.

Re: Comments in SC
This was a no-close, lender problem, and then I went back and closed the loan, no problem back in January. This is fact. The"third" side of this story is that Premier is not paying and Matt keeps on telling me the money is coming. He has ignored my most recent email some days ago as well as many other is the past. Even talking on the phone, he says the money is coming. This is fact. Fact CAN be fact, not some truth in the middle. The truth is that Matt has not paid me for this closing. Good for you Shoshana that you are getting paid. I think some notaries get paid just to keep the company image of appearing viable when the ship may be sinking. Signing Central is there to warn notaries of payment history, good or bad. I personally pay close attention to a series of dings against companies.

Sad to hear these guys going down the drain too. I always like talking to George..I am almost afraid to take any work from companies in Ohio..We are hurting here in Ohio and I wish we could see relief in sight!

I did a signing for them in December of 2009. Still no check. Talked to several people and had to fax them some notary docs but no problem. Still no check! Talked to the title company that prepared the docs to sign and they are still using them. Seems like thay are not too worried about how much your fee is because thay don't plan on paying you anyway.
