Service link and BoA faxes

Has anyone had problems with the service link fax system?
I get dropped lines, busy signals, and poor connections.
Is it my phone line or their system.

Yes I have to keep checking the phone number to make sure it is correct. I thought it was just me.

I had the same problem Fri night and Sat. Tried 8 times to fax and finally gave up and sent docs Fedex on Sat. Have had problems with National Links fax # also at times.

I work with them all the time. No problems....if the line is busy, the fax will dial again.

Are they e-fax lines?

I'm not sure if this is the reason for the issue(s), but I have been told by a few SS's that e-fax lines will have issues, or may not work at all, with Voice Over Internet (VOI) lines. My cable, internet, and home phone are all provided by my cable company, thus I have VOI phone lines. Sometimes my faxes work and sometimes they will not.

If I run into issues I usually just scan in the fax back docs and will email them to the scheduler and/or any email that may have been provided prior just in case of any issues.
