Tampa Bay Closings

sent out email offering REO cash purchase (10-20 pages) with fax-backs for $40 for next week.

Fee seems low to me but I thought I'd look into it. Past postings here are for very slow pay. Is there any update on this company? Is everything about this company on the negative side?

I did a closing for them on 7/21 and they agreed to my full fee. Haven't been paid yet, but it has been only a short time.

Very slow pay. They paid my fee but I won't work for them anymore. Don't expect pay before 60 days and you may have to call

In their email they say "We ask you to grin and bear it" meaning their $40.00 fee with faxbacks. I think not.

I usually get $75 for a cash purchase with buyer only, 20 pages, no fax backs.
