VIPClose/Kliman Law Firm/MetLife Bank ???

Did a closing in May for VIPClose. Took the job on the phone in the car and couldn't check him out. Can't get paid, his website is down now after many emails and calls. Spoke with Kliman Law Firm, where the docs went. They told me they paid VIPClose, who cashed the check and it's no longer their problem. MetLift Bank has been contacted, and I'll see how far I get with them. Not expecting too much help there either. Anyone else have a problem with these guys??

Yes, I have had trouble. I know that he sold his business and USA Real Estate (co. who bought VIP) says they are not responsible for his liabilities. When I contacted National Title Agency out of Melville, NY, I found out that someone there knows that he sold his business and that Dave (VIP) and USA real estate are working together. They told me differently the week before. National Title also said that they thought Dave moved to upstate NY, yet the guy from USA real estate said Dave comes into their office in Philly. They all lie. Can't trust them!

VIP is the best and fastest paying co. work in MD, DE

Haven't had work form them in a few months though.

99% is MD work
