Wells Fargo loans

What has happened to the Wells Fargo loans now that the Home Mortgage branches have closed down? I completed my last loan for them last Friday and was wondering who will take over those loans and the closings for them?

I got a call to notarize a loan pkg. this weekend. It was a Wells Fargo. They have been doing mail-away packages to the borrowers for quite some time, telling them to find a notary. It was a good dealer for the borrowrs--absolutely no closing costs to refi with them. All it cost them was my notary fees--sweet!

Same here - did a loan mod within the last week for them. They told the borrowers to find a notary, borrowers balked, signing co called me.
