premier membership

Do you think a premier membership on Notary Rotary brings in more business than a free membership?

It is for me...and for many of the others here. Ultimately, it depends on how many NotRot members are in your area.

It can mean the difference between being at the top of the list and not showing up at all if you're in a heavily saturated area.

You should do a search for your coverage areas and see who pops up and use that to determine. I know that a lot of people, when searching for notaries, ultimately ignore the regular members that show up at the bottom.

I've never gotten a closing from being listed on Notary Rotary. However, I have used Signing Central to contact many companies and received a lot of work from making the contacts. It's definitely worth being a free member to use Signing Central for making contacts and checking out companies with bad ratings from the members.

Yes, it's been worth it to me. I just started premiere last month and got at least three signings that mentioned NotaryRotary. More than paid for the fee.

I have a friend who owns a signing company. There were times when I filled in for my friend and hired notaries all over the country for jobs. The first place I search for notaries is Notary Rotary and always chose from the Premier Members.

Being a Premier Member is more of a committment on the notary's behalf and told me that the Premier Members were a little more serious and dedicated to their profession.

I don't know how other companies hiring notaries handle their searches but I know that personally I have received a lot of business as a result of my premier membership here.

It has absolutely been worth it for me to pay for Premier membership here on Notary Rotary, and the fact that this website has a great forum and Signing Central where we can check for deadbeat companies is just icing on the cake and has saved me MANY times from working for non-paying companies! My Premier membership fee helps to keep this great site going. Premier members also get significant discounts on notary supplies.

The initial membership fee for the first year is based on how many Premier members are already in your area. The first year can be pricey, but the renewals are less expensive. Currently, the maximum renewal price is $79 per year. That's worth it to me, especially when compared to the numbers site!!!

It has definitely been worth it for me! I have picked up some regular clients just from my listing on NotRot.

I say Premier membership is the way to go - besides increasing business for some, you get discounts on supplies. I tried the Premier membership on a month to month basis just to test and see if business would increase for me. I didn't really see a significant increase but I did notice something - when companies are looking for a Notary in a specific city - I am the only one listed for my city - they will look for a Notary in that city, regardless of whether the Notary is a Premier or Basic member. In other words, I've been called when my listing was in the Basic category as well as when I was listed in the Premier category.

I still say, Premier is the way to go!

This site is where I get most of my general notary work from

Just got one appt this morning for a POA signing which pretty much paid for the membership for this year.
