2 For Sures in This Business

1. You cant count on the weather being in your favor for traveling.
2. You cant count on the docs being on time from the lender

2 things we have absolutely no control over.

But I have more luck with mother nature listening to me and making my job go smoother than a lender listening to me to make my job go smoother.

Go figure.

The last 24 hrs I got short notice calls and neither borrower had been informed. Neither was available. But that's ok because neither were the doc's

I have a signing that was a no sign on 12/14. The company keeps calling me wanting to know if I am doing this at 2pm today (whatever day they call, which is a lot of different days). The biggest reason it was not signed is that there were errors all over the place: city wrong, HUD, TIL, Note & Amortization schedule all had different figures. Every time they call to get this signed, rescheduled, whatever, it is with the same docs. I've finally decided that they just don't know what to do with unsigned docs and just can't read my emails.

Am waiting for return call for this - almost 2pm and I have not been holding my breath at all. This is insanity at its best, for sure!
