A most pleasant development

I have had a major uptick lately in the calls I get from new customers, or long-ago customers I haven't heard from in quite a while. Anybody else experiencing this?

Must be that Santa's being good to you this Christmas (even tho you've been your naughty self all year! wink wink). Also could be the normal ebb and flow of the biz or that their regular notaries are busy with the holidays or are out of town ..... ? but I'm sticking with the Santa story.

Same here as well. I think the slow down earlier this year may have been too much for some of the part-time or new SAs to ride out. I think that some of them may have finally figured out that $50 and $75 signings are not profitable and decided to just give up and went looking for something else.

Either way, I'm glad to have the calls coming in. Especially from some of my former customers that used to pay my fees without any issue, then began lowering their offers, which I rejected. Now they are calling and accepting my fees without even "having to get approval".
