Anyone recognize this number: 614-940-3402?

I received a call from a SS yesterday but didn't catch the name and google does not show any results.

They said they have gained a new client (or a current client has new business) who will need notaries to close loans in my area. The fee offered would be $70 for overnight docs or $80 for edocs. She had a closing in Debary (30 miles away), but I quoted my minimum fee and that effectively ended the conversation.

Just wondering who is the new low-baller in Central Florida.

Nevermind...it's Signature Closers

I used the "Who Called Me?" button in SC and found the information I was looking for.

Doesn't look like I will be missing anything by not working for them.

This is Mark Fleming Jr. and I am President of Signature Closers. This is one of our contact phone numbers, and actually we have recently done a few other transactions with you. I wanted to apologize because it is true that some of our clients require significantly reduced fees versus others that we may have. In this case, if I am not mistaken, it would be a cash transaction of 20 or 30 pages most likely and certainly this closing would be a lower fee than a full lender package. Although I am not aware of a new client relationship that would dictate this pricing to us. I will have to check with our staff to see what was said exactly because I am unaware of this need. I do not know the specific fee or details of your transaction or conversation, but if you have questions or need more information please do not hesitate to call me.
