Attn: Brother printer dual tray owners/ A tip!

I've convinced myself that it's better to have trays set up tray 1 LEGAL tray 2 LETTER. Here's my reasoning. It takes longer to pull paper from 2nd tray anyway, legal takes longer to travel than letter from tray 2 to be printed, and if I'm printing all legal docs, I don't involve 2nd tray/mechanism at all. Saves TIME and wear and tear on the LT. Works for me. Thoughts?

Have a great December !!!

I do the same thing for the same reason. Doesn't mean we're right, but if we're wrong at least we have company!

I have seen less paper jams using the upper tray for legal.
