IME Dec. has always started a little slow, post-Thanksgiving & all that, but gets slammed from about the 10th through the last of the month. Last day to sign is the 27th, so be prepared. HoHoHo

In the past the real EOM for Dec is the 15th, after that it slows down a lot till spring. Figure all deals now should be lockin rates that are about to expire.

Can say one things signed up for a paid membership on recomendations of fellow notaries and it's paid off in less than a week 4 closings already.

Login this morning and PM box is packed

If another vet would like to share the information that would be great, I've been burned in the past with in state notaries sharing info. If you want the whole world to know something just post it on the net.

I was always a unpaid member on that site and once I upgraded to a paid membership the phone rang 2 hours later. What worked for me may not work for others, I've been doing this for many years and old clients see that I'm back in the game and with me on other sites they call again. Don't forget this could be a regional thing, in the past I maybe busy but other areas dead vice versa.

I will upgrade the membership on this site within a week or so

Site! Just make sure you state the sites terms CLEARLY to everyone you send there. One site is not totally clear on what it is you are buying, and does not guarantee your position will stay the same in the zip code searches, even when you pay good money thinking it does!!

You keep sending paying people to that site and it is not right to Harry. That site is ran by a jerk who admitted that his software if flawed, see below, but was only willing to fix one zip code!


"Historically, the zip code database that XXX.com had used had a few glitches. Notaries complained that there were one or two zips in their area that they might not show up under. We researched this problem and found that the company we had leased the database from had some slightly wrong longitude coordinates which were responsible for why notaries didn't show up in one or two zips in their area.

If there is a zip code that you feel you should show up in, but don't, please use the ctrl-f to make sure you are not on that search result. You are welcome to write us a SHORT and to the point email requesting that we research the gps coordinates of a particular zip code and fix it. "

Anyone can check my posts and find even more information about how that site runs his business and it’s just not right!!!!

Harry needs the funds to become more Web savvy to compete with all this guys advertising, and could do as well as, if not better then him if he charged the same fees, but he doesn't.

You come on here and recommend others to that site, I question your respect for Harry.

That's not what this is all about. I would never come on

this site, which I have great respect for, to promote another site. Some notaries have sent me p/m from time to time. I let them know where I spend my advertising $$$$. Notary Rotary is one of them.
It was obvious that we were not openly discussing another site. IMO it also isn't kosher to come on one site to bash another. There are some of even think these are more than listing sites, and actually expect to get work from them. All I know is that I built my business by advertising.

Your interpretation & agenda, not mine. I have recommended

many, many times for people to take the Premium Membership here, too. I only share with others what I have done to build my business. I don't appreciate your associating me with the other site, and lashing out at me because of the problems you've encountered there.
