Complete Escrow Services, LLC BAD

I did a signing (purchase) for Complete Escrow Services, LLC.. When I got the first call, I was promised that my check would be at the signing table. I accepted the signing. About 30 minutes later, Complete Escrow Services, LLC, called me again and said that my check would not be there at the signing, it would be over nighted for the next day. I said no problem.
I went to the signing, the roads were VERY bad, I made it on time. I completed the signing. I double checked to make sure everything was signed.
After the signing, I called to let them know the signing was complete. I was asked to email over the HUD. I went 30 minutes out of my way to email the HUD to them. (I was never asked to email anything when I accepted the signing.)
The I had to drive 45 minutes (each way) to the UPS drop box. By this time, the fastest that I could go is about 45 MPH because of the snow storm. By the time I got to the drop box, UPS had already picked up for that day.
This was a Friday. On Monday, Complete Escrow Services, LLC, called me and asked where the docs are? I explained to her about the bad roads and UPS had already picked up.
I didn't hear anything until Thursday, after I sent several emails asking if there was any problems and if my payment was sent out, i finally got a an email saying there was a problem and they can't fund yet. No mention what the problem is.
Then on Friday, I got a nasty phone call telling me I did not have the HUD signed. Everything was my fault. I tried to explain that the HUD was signed. She got even more nasty with me. I asked her to never call me again.
I hate to tell her. I still have a copy of the email with the HUD with ALL the lines signed.
Sorry, just venting.
