Re: Go to Costco, mine was under $5
I don't have nor want a Costco card, Rengel so the CVS deal was better for me and for anyone else who is interested and not a member of Costco.

The school I teach for in CA charges $10 for a passport picture to be attached to a CA application.
You have to think about how many miles you have to drive to a Costco/etc.
Do you want to stand in a line?
Are they actually taking pictures when you walk in the door (police/etc) or do you have to make and appt?
I hate taking pictures for the school I teach for.
When the law changed in 2008 in CA I was not interested in taking photos of students.
My daughter in law takes all the pictures at class.
Who charges $15?

No, I did not have to stand in line which is something you would more than likely have to do in a class. You asked who charges $15.00, that seems to be the standard price! I am in the process of renewing my commission so this is information I know to be true!
