If you're asking about Express Notary Service Inc. in Irvine, CA (888-282-9747), they're fine.
If you're asking about expresssigning which uses "express notary" as an AKA and you're dealing with Harry (877-611-2078), they're not so fine and stay away.
If you're asking about Innovation Financial, I have no idea who they are.
Or are you asking about loan mods???

Yikes!
A faithful NR reader/poster just PM'd me re Express Notary Service - message #364585. Apparently, Henry D. of this SS is a b-head, which you can read for yourself. However, I have been working for them for years - off and on- and have never had a problem with payment. They cut their fees way back, so I stopped working for them temporarily, but lately they're back to OK. I have never dealt with this Henry guy, tho ....
