Re: They used to be known as FISERV....

They had HUGE loan packets. About 180-190 pages as I recall, and "think" there may have also been some faxbacks. I had them set at $175.00 minimum. Not sure how they are now.

Re: They used to be known as FISERV....

HUGE packages, sometimes fax backs, tons of calls once you get the docs but ZERO responses when you are looking for docs... And now they are "capping" their fees at $90 they have stated..

ISGN is a nightmare. They do everthing in their power not to pay you. Of cause you'll get the usual suspects praising them.

Re: John, they're NOT at that price...at least not when I asked

I was referring to the FiServe loans (see below post copied). I haven't had one in a good long while but whomever was booking for them, Fiserve closings, at the time I had a minimum fee of $175.00 for Fiserve loans, and I either got it, or I didn't do it. Don't really remember who the SS or TC they were going through at the time. "May" have been Trans Con, but I really don't remember, and not worth going back and looking up.

If ISGN loans are the new Fiserve loans, then my fee will still be a minimum of $175.00. You said:

"John, they're NOT at that price...at least not when I asked when they very recently called me..."

THEY may NOT be at that price, but I AM at that price so if they call me and won't meet it, they just get somebody else. TCs and SSs don't set my fees, I do. We either agree, and they pay my fee, or I kindly refuse to accept the signing because they either can't, or won't, meet my fee. Nobody gets upset. Deal or no deal. It's simple!
