I see some things never change- Last minute deals

Get a call around 2 for 6pm closing.. 20 minutes before had and still no docs, I turned down 2 of signings for the same time tonight.

I know from past deals 80% of the last minutes don't make it to table that day. Had one for early am on Saturday and that just got put off.

got to love last minute, HUD in review now so if all is well 30-60 minutes before package.

same here, ME/NJ - for 2 orders -

waiting for re-activation to access docs to print (this for TRG). Of course, docs aren't even ready yet even tho they told me docs were ready when they called.

Haven't been able to contact borrowers either (phone & email no response).

Getting bad feeling on these .....
