Ice storm in Southern IN

No closings this morning. So far it has canceled 2 closings. I did get a print fee. Hope it clears up this afternoon.
I almost busted my a## getting to the car. I looked down the hill from my drive and said...no way. Called borrower and they said they were just getting ready to call me not to come as they live on a big hill. No way I would have made it. Not worth it especially since I drive an old jeep with minimum insurance coverage. IE: I wreck it, it's gone.

That same storm rolled through IL last night. Took me 2 hr

to get home from a signing which should have been 30 min. Saw 6 cars in the ditch. I was in a parade of cars going 5-8 mph. I didn't mind. Had Christmas music playing and just went with the flow. Lots of accidents in St. Louis and surrounding areas. Be safe out there.

We've got snow/sleet coming in today in Virginia Beach. I

have 2 closings scheduled for late this afternoon & early evening. I won't go out if it's icey!

It's even starting to get icy in NM! It will be melted by 9 a.m. tomorrow, but never fear, they'll delay school for 2 hours for a 1/2" of snow LOL!
