Mortgage Connect
I just wanted to let everyone know of an excellent company to obtain Mortgage Closings through, which is Mortgage Connect!
The staff is courteous, professional and detailed in every aspect with their mortgage process.
As a signing agent it is a pleasure to work with this company on a continuous basis.

That's great! They have called me for jobs before, but their fee schedule is so low that I cannot accept. I would love to work with them if they would be willing to pay more. When they called me, they were offering $75 per closing with e-docs and 20 pages of faxbacks. Sorry, no can do.

I understand your opinion on their fee, and you may receive more money elsewhere, but they certainly have been keeping me busy with many signings so their fee is certainly racking up with each signing in my favor within my bank account!
$75 dollars adds up after numerous closing in one day.
Whoo go Mortgage Connect!
Thank you for your feedback.
Happy New Year to everyone!

I love Mortgage Connect. They are very reputable and although they require faxbacks, they make up for it in your compensation and send it out as soon as you invoice them. The call center people are very friendly and knowledgeable too.

Maybe the living is less expensive in PA but here in VA is not. $75 for e-docs is very low for us notaries in VA and I told them I would go down to $90 if they give me more closings but they did not agree so I am still in their system to make $95 for e-docs and get between 4 to 7 closings a month. Taking into account all the printing, the traveling time, gas which is $4.09 a gallon right now, paper, ink, etc. etc. I think $95 is low already. I would only accept $75 if I get desperate. I remember getting $75 for e-docs when I started back in 2003. We should be getting paid much more now.
