Wayne as you will find out shortly this is a chatroom for other closing agents and not a place to find work. You need to market yourself using Signing Central and your local title companies.

I doubt it.

Anyone who persists in using the forum incorrectly is probably not very able to follow instructions on signing appointments.

companies are not going to ask you to drive a distance when there are many notaries available within 30 minutes of the closing location. Suggest you concentrate in your area, 10 mile radius to all title companies

If I concentrated my business within 10 miles, which would be ideal, I would have a fraction of the business I now how. I would venture to say, so would many others. This is just an unenlightened statement.
