Has anyone worked for this co? Holly Horsley in Sandy, Utah 435 212 3314? I'm doing a closing for her this afternoon and just rec'd an appointment for Mon. morning. I get the feeling she is new to the SS business. Any info would be appreciated. TIA

Had accepted an assignment from her over a week ago for12/23.
It only consisted getting 1003, 92900, Br sig autho, T-4506 12 pgs signed. Not low-ball but low fee. My fee would have been $75 but to she what this was accepted $50.
Printed doc, contacted Br. Br confused about if they wanted to go thru with this, started to assignmnet, Br call and cancelled.
The biggest problem was trying to contact Holly to get instructions. She seems not to have her program together.
I more than likely won't accept assignments from her.
I treally don't expect to be paid.

In the above post I said "I more than likely won't accept assignments from her". This was not directed at her alone.
This is one of my general rules. I am a notary signing agent. My job is to ID the Brs and watch the signing of the docs. Yes, I do make factual discription of the docs and try within my position of a Notary to answer questions.
But, if I am asked something I can Not, should not, do not know the answer get to, then I need a contact to call for the answer.
If the SS and/or Escrow are not able to be contacteded, them I am left with egg on my face and a Br who my become a no sign or a cancellation.
I do my job and expect to be paid. If the operation asking me to do a assignment, then to get the job done I must have a way to get things done which is beyound and above my job. And if someone above and beyound me can't or won't be where I can contacted then they are not doing thier job and they don't need my "get it done" attitude working for them.
I have lost several signing services as clients because they had a rule that I should not contact the escrow co/officer. I couldn't get the SS to answer to get an answer to a Br question. I know here to find the Settlement Co and genelly how to all them. So to get the answer for the Br, quess who I call.
