I love working with Charlie. Always pays on time and pays my fee. He was formerly with Phoenician Closings and decided to start his own business. Jason is still Phoenician.

Based on this post, I took a job from Charlie/Nationwide for December 22, 2010. I was told it was a package of 25 pages total (he had it right there) and he wanted my fee to be only $80, not eh $100 I asked for. Package came in at 36 pages and I emailed and asked which 11 pages he wanted me to leave out. So, he then upped my fee to what I'd originally asked for... $100.
He told me there would be 3 signers. There were actually 6 signers. This signing took as long as a full-length refi, if not more.
So far, I've not been paid at 34 days. I've re-faxed my invoice and W9. My terms are n/30. I'll update when I get paid.

I got paid after 52 days; I wrote to them several times and kept getting "the check is in the mail". Finally, they said they'd send a new check. I got a call from them a couple days ago saying that the check they wrote me bounced and how embarrassed they were to make me wait so long...and then have the check bounce. They said they would send a cashier's check.
I'll update this when I get the cashier's check.
