Need a reliable Bluetooth....suggestions please......

Hello,

I currently have an inexpensive $20 Motorola headset and Verizon ends up replacing in on a monthly basis because something keeps happening to the speaker. The speaker volume keeps getting fainter and fainter and in addition people have a hard time hearing me. There is obviously some type of defect with this model but after replacing it 4 times I have had enough.

I really want something that I am not going to have to replace every month and something that is not going to cost a fortune.

TIA

I have a Motorola h17. I have had many bluetooth because they wear out or I loose them. This one is the best. I paid $99 for it. It has great speeker and noise reduction. Another feature is I can walk 30 feet away from my phone and still get great reception. This bluetooth tells me when I am out of range. I love the voice dialing feature also. I use it most of my day. That way I am always hands free.

Forgot to add ---

... I've used both & am currently using the + model, with which you can listen to audio (other than phone calls), such as music or 'podcasts', through your cell phone.

Don't want something hanging from your ear?

You may want to give the Blueant S4 bluetooth speakerphone a try.

If you really want a 'headset', try the Q2.

I bought this Plantronic system that will connect with my office phone and cell phone. I love the convenience of being able to answer either phone from the same bluetooth device. It is expensive. Check around for pricing. If interested just copy and paste the info below.

Love My Blue Ant T1....... $79.99 at Best Buy. It syncs with your cell phone's contact list and the bluetooth tells you who's calling. If you've saved Mary Smith's number it will say "You have a call from Mary Smith....answer? or ignore?" You say "answer" if you wish to take Mary's call or "ignore" if you want Mary's call to go to voicemail.

If you get a call not from your saved numbers, the bluetooth will recite the number, "You have a call from 123-456-7890, answer? or ignore?. You never even have to touch your phone or look at it. The bluetooth tells you who's calling.

If your phone has voice dialing, then you can speak the number into the Blue Ant and it will dial for you (just as if you were holding the phone and speaking into the mouthpiece.)
