Great guy! no hand holding, pays in less that 30 days..........even called after a few days after the closing and thanked me for a job well done. Would most certainly take any I can get from him.

Greg is the best. Or, was, in my case. I think it was my third job with him, a year or two ago. The borrower's first name was Andrew - he had really sloppy handwriting, but he was signing "Andrew" until he decided to switch to Andy, which I didn't notice, cos his handwriting was so bad. By the time I figured out what had happened it was too late to do anything but send the docs. This caused no end of trouble for Greg, who said he wrestled with the lender for hours over this. I apologized all over the place and said I'd do whatever it took to fix things - but the damage was done. The lender accepted the docs, finally; but Greg, understandably, dropped me like a hot potato. But he was great while it lasted ....

Greg is the cream of the crop I love working with Greg. Very professional and very much a gentleman. He even e-mails you to let you know when the checks are mailed. Pays twice a month.

I'd work for him anytime. As others said, pays fast and fair. No hand holding, but is available after hours for any questions/issues. Great company!!
