OK, to start with , e sign is a signature , there asking for closers to get a wet signature but no where does it have a place to put a signature. Thats first, now comes the part of all the fax back , extra milage to come back home to fax the paper work to them and then head back out to the post office to put in the mail when there ready to ask you to ,,, NEVER got a call asking to send by mail ,( because ) they tell you when to mail them ,, again NO CALL, so there fore they have a way out of paying closers , boy do they have it figured out .

I can undertstand your fustration. I have linked them for you in signing central. Always a good idea to research a company before you are comitted to a closing. You might not have taken that job based on signing central comments...I probably would have passed on them. Low fees, slow pay, enough said.

Did you charge for the fax back service? I charge extra to fax documents back and more if I have to wait on them to contact me before I can drop docs. Time is money.

Always ask about fax backs with companies that are either new or new to you prior to giving your quote or accepting their offer. Just a suggestion. Wink

Re: You need to give more details-too many similar named company

I ask about faxbacks and my profile shows that I charge extra for faxbacks. (Yes, time is money)

Imagine my frustration with a SC or TC that says "but it is only one page". I do negotiate with them but....why should I have to? Sometimes the faxback is in the signing docs.

I will give kudos to FASS who now says when you close out a signing to send them any adjustments to that should be made to signing fees. So far, each tme that I tell them I need a faxback fee, they pay it without a big hassle.

Anyone else have thoughts on this? Do you do a faxback as a freebie if it is only one or two pages?
