OT: Our househelper found four wreaths, and a beautiful
~real~ one came as an annual gift from Dad's financial advisors. Since Gumby, the articulating ladder was already up against the living room view windows of the 'prow' facing the lake because of the confounding leaks, (which, seem to be all fixed,) Jen could hang the wreaths down the beam centered between the view. Cool.
*Lights.* Zipped over to Walgreen's and found a string of 100 little lights, the longest they had (a tad over 20 feet. (Scanned the aisles for the nice fat ones we used to have, and perhaps still do in some deeply stowed box. Christmas bulbs. ~That~ shape, ~that~ light, reflected a zillion times by long strands of tinsel and shiny glass ornaments, soft carols from the old RCA. The slightest breath shimmered the magical twinkling tree from it's snowy cotton planting to the ceiling sky...)
