Thank you to everyone who posted on the forum and in Signing Central about this company! I accepted their assignment while in the car. Got home and immediately checked them out on Notary Rotary. I turned the assignment back due to the numerous poor payment reviews in SC.
There were some discrepancies in SC and forum posts as to whether they are in Columbus or in Reynoldsburg. Here is the contact info listed on the confirmation:

Several signings in the last 5 years. Never a problem. Pay 30. I like them.

In Signing Central, 16 of the last 20 entries are 1-star and complain of non-payment. Three are 2-star, and one is a 4-star but that notary is in the same state. That's just too many bad reviews for me to waste my time with this company. I subsequently filled that same spot with a job from a well known good client.

Call them, thay were for may years paying in 30 days, then a year ago it went to 45 days i always had luck getting paid if I called and brought it to there attention.

Hi, I have worked for this company several times with only one delinqent period in which they sent the check out as soon as I brought it to their attention. However, I called today to get on them for the last job I performed for them back in the end of September. The office phone is out of order. As of last week they were still soliciting work in which I told Miles(one of the schedulers) that I would not accept any more work from this company until the account was brought current. He immediately emailed the accounting dept. that according to Kenny and Matt Snipes was hired recently to take over all payments and fix the delinquent payment problem the company has had in the past. Not a good sign. The email address for the accounting is: [e-mail address]. I have emailed and phoned once a week for the last month with only received auto plies with a guarantee someone from acctg would be contacting me. Silence.

Anyone have any thing new to add about Premier Signing Service? I worked for these guys last year ~ however, the posts here lead me to believe things might have gone south for them. Thanks for any info.

I have tried to contact them for payment for a closing I did 6/8/2011 and have yet to be paid. the email address is coming back undeliverable. I just did a closing for the 8/18/2011 and when I mentioned not getting paid she said she would inform the owner. I will stay on top of payment and if need be contact borrower, title company and lender.

I have one over 90 days past due. 06/03/11...I have called them numerous times and spoke with Miles who said Matt would call me. Nothing!! I have emailed numerous times no reply. I filed a complaint with the BBB of Ohio. Nothing!!! I continue to email and fax letters to no avail. No response. I will keep you informed if I ever get anything. Do not take any work from this company!
