The first one I did for them was in 2005. They offered a very low fee but agreed to go higher. The last one I did for them was in 2007. They begrudgingly agreed to my fee again, but I never did another closing for them. I really can't remember if they called again, and wouldn't meet my fee, or if they just gave up and quit calling. I will say that they always paid within 15 days, but that was 3 years ago. I have no idea if they still pay in a timely manner.

I have worked for them a few times this year and have found them to meet my fee and pay within a my 30 day requirement.
