Propel Financial Services, San Antonio, TX
I checked SC and there are no remarks. Also used orange search button. I couldn't find anything. Received an email today from them looking for notaries in Texas. Web site says they offer property tax financing. G/B/U?

Thank you Sid. I wasn't sure they were legit. I am giving them my schedule of fees so I'll see what they do next.

Some other names for the same company
Per their website: Depending on the location of the underlying property, Propel does business throughout the state as Alamo Tax, Capitol Tax, Lone Star Tax, and through a partnership with Rio Tax.
Sid, they are now in SC, be sure to rate them So far they don't have any ratings.

Have done signings for them in the last year and a half. They pay promptly. They contact you by email, not phone. They do need an invoice from you to pay from.
I Like their signings. A lot of the time they leave it up to you and the signer to set up the appointments. They will tell you that they would like the signing done by such and such date. After you let them know you have confirmed a date with the borrower, they will send docs.
p/m if you need further info.

Out of all companies, this is my favorite. I work with their Dallas location! Alot of deals and they pay your fee but that comes out of their corp office in SA where you send your invoice. They are professional, organized and their closings are well prepared!!!
