I did do one for Resolution Finance last March, but it was through a Signing Service not directly from them. It was suppose to be a quick signing and probably would have been if the borrower was prepared. But in my case I met the borrower at his place of business and he had forgotten to tell his wife she was to be there. We ended up driving to his home so his wife could sign.

Thanks! Did one for them last night

35 page property tax loan for $100. Got the docs early in the day. Really clean set of docs, except on BO's first name spelled wrong. Couldn't get an AH answer so just lined and corrected it. Invoice goes back with the docs. Hopefully I'll get paid in 2 weeks also. I'll add them to SS once I get a check. I'd be glad to do more for them.
