USAA docs...not forthcoming. HUD completed, but no lender ok. USAA gone home for the night, so it won't happen today. 6 p.m. closing cancelled at 5:54 p.m. pfffbt. At least I don't have to go out on the icy roads. Just a vent....sigh....

2nd time this has happened to me in the last couple of months. It's pathetic. And borrower was SO nice....says when they resked he's going to request me, since I'm the only one who communicates with him. Really? Just letting him know at 5 that the docs aren't here for 6. wow. Pathetic.

They did this to me last week as well. When I called the borrower to let her know it was postponed, she said it was the 2nd postponement because the lender hadn't approved the HUD. Yep, USAA.

Two days later, had another cancellation for a different borrower with the same issue.

same issue yesterday with USAA. 12:30 signing appointment with docs showing up at 4:00PM. I turned down a job at 3:00PM from a four star company because of my commitment to USAA. It won't happen again. USAA will go to the end of the line if they continue with late docs. More USAA. Scheduled signing at 8:30AM today and no docs as of 9:00 PM tonight. I will not take USAA assignments until they clean up their act.
