Nothing new here, except now there's an *actual* shark tank in the Just Politics forum <wink>.

Re: You should search him Cari - give it a try....orange button

As far as I'm concerned, if she's got the time she to waste she can search all she wants. If she wants to have a discussion on them, I welcome that. I'm not ashamed of anything I posted on this board because it came from a true, honest, and informed place. In the years since those opinions were posted they have only become more focused and honed with the backing of facts and legal precedent as a cited source.

Didn't mean to imply that at all...she was acting as though you are new, which we (most of us) know you are not new.

Cari, Jahari isn't a newbie by any stretch. When he first joined NR he was in college and started doing signings. He brings alot to the table and he usually gets bombarded when he posts so he usually just pops in to say hello.

Good guess Sue and thank you for the "brings a lot to the table" compliment. I'm still in school double majoring in Political Science and Philosophy steering more and more toward Law School where I'll make a decision on whether to pursue a JD or dual JD/MSW or JD/MBA.

Re: GREAT, another realtor doing NSA work...good luck pal.

Cari, what do you have against realtors doing loan signings? If they are good realtors, they will be good at signings. And I might also add, that good realtors attend their own sale closings, and get therefore, familiar with loan packages. At least I can say from my own experience, that is how it worked for me. It was not hard to get used to sitting on the other side of the table.

Re: GREAT, another realtor doing NSA work...good luck pal.

Had an awesome realtor attend a closing that I did today. The lady actually fielded all the borrowers questions and had the lender on speed dial on her phone. It was a breeze closing for me! Wish I had all mine like this instead of having to say "we will have to call your lender/TC for that"

I know my job but if I can just sit back and notarize while the realtor runs interference, it is a great signing.

I just don't like the double dipping....there's enough

competition out there as it is...

Sure sounds like sour grapes to me....but you do remain

consistent with this complaint. It won't matter what you do, there will always be someone else doing the same thing, somewhere. Perhaps you should worry less about what others are doing and get a better attitude towards the world at large - that is what everyone picks up on. Just worry about yourself.

Example: Do you ever see 2-4 corners at an intersection and each with a gas station? Similar prices or same, all making money. Competition is healthy and keeps one on one's toes.

Bob_Chicago? Chicago? Shouldn't you be out looking for homeless people to circulate bogus petitions, or defrauding notaries, rather than wasting our time here on NotRot?

So I have time available to waste your time on notrot
BTW, all of this alleged fraudulent activeity is being done on behalf of candidates who are opposing Rham Emmanuel, , who is the presumed favorite of the "Chicago Machine"
