Shipping Dept One, City of Industry, CA 0744

Has anyone ever bought a "Premium Laser Toner Cartridge" from this firm? It was advertised for $29 each for one day only from Amazon.com for HP printers. I have only used new HP cartridges in my printer and have never had a problem. Does anyone have any experience with this firm or cartridge?
