Only 45 days??? My child that's nuttin' - try 9mos -1 yr!

The last chk I recd frm them was backdated almost 6 mos to look like I'd held it that long!!!! The chk before that didn't have fds availabe for 3 days - thank God I took it to Wal-mart 'cause the one before that BOUNCED! Mr. Speedy (NOT!) said it wasn't a bad chk, 'cause the fds would be deposited later that wk! My acct was frozen for TEN days, but Mr. Speedy (NOT!) finds these to be acceptable biiz practices. I DO NOT - so everytime they call..."I'm booked". I'd tell them to remove me frm their list, but they probably won't since they've screwed sooooo many notaries. They've got fresh blood making the calls & I DO feel for them , but NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

I worked for them from March '10 up to Jan '11. They were my primary signing agency that whole time...from Sept - Jan I avg'd 20 signings a month. Each month payment was due, it was late. What they don't get is even though they back-date checks, they can't backdate the postmark which shows the date mailed. They continuously under paid me. I worked hard for them and often took assignments that other notaries wouldn't fill. I'm no longer full time notary, and am in a battle to get paid for Dec. '10 and will probably be in the same battle for payment of Jan '11. I'm in NJ and will likely go to their office this week if I don't see a check Monday (Feb 7, 2011).
