Superlate superstreamlines (Chase loans)

Heads up that there was some kind of a "database upgrade" at chase, and docs are running late for many closings.

I've got one in 15 minutes and no sign of docs, so we're rescheduling out in a few hours. We'll see if the docs come through.

Seriously, who plans these EOM upgrades... Geeze! Talk about failure to plan!

The wrong Chase loan was uploaded to the site under the correct name.
I didn't notice till I got to the signing...docs were running late ofcourse.
Thought maybe I hit the wrong button. Got back home and NO, I was under
the right name and date but when you hit "view package" the wrong docs were there.

Oh heck!!! that's frustrating! Mine canceled after being rescheduled (and accommodated) twice.

I'm getting to where I'm going to be really strict about late docs. I've had that happen twice where I've arrived with the wrong docs (same last name) because I didn't have time to review before I printed and dashed. :-/
