The Notary Biz being investigated by the BBB

Has anyone else received an e mail from the BBB regarding an investigation of The Notary Biz (BBB Complaint 98536794)? I received an e mail asking if I was solicited and how by The Notary Biz. The BBB also wanted a copy of the confirmation which, of course, I would not provide because of privacy laws.
Just wondering if the BBB is contacting other notaries that have done signings for The Notary Biz....

I don't give too much credit to the BBB especially since

they're known to strong arm certain businesses to 'buy' memberships in return for that "A" rating....

Now if the complaint from Rip Off Report then I might be a bit interested in reading the complaint....

And to answer your question, I've not been contacted, and they have been a client of mine in the past...
