Title Company signings

I am in California, I would like to know what would be the best way to have the title/escrow companies calling me directly. I would just like to get some suggestions, on how some of you are fairing with that. I would like to start getting away from SS's.

I think MW/Va says it well in a thread below--

I would like to hear from only title co's as well but that is not the reality. You do have control over who you take work from, however. Ironically, the signing services that are notorious low-ballers are the same ones that are huge pains in the a$$ as well. They ask for more, and pay less.

You can keep an eye on this board and when someone comments on a good title company, look them up and sign up with them. Signing centrail is another good source.
