What do you think about this situation

I had a signing last week, I received the CL, called the borrower and set the time, etc.

30 minutes before the appt time the borrower calls and tells me that if I can change the appt time
till one hour later because she has personal business to take care of.

Other occasion we agree on a public place, borrower shows up but the wife wants to sign in her
house, but the husband on a public place.

On the first situation I would call the signing service and let them know and whether or not I will be able to accommodate the change in time.

On the second situation, I would call the signing service and notify them of the situation and inform them that it will be an additional fee to accommodate the two signings.

And what did you do? If they want to pay double, that is fine.
