X Marks The Spot
They called me this afternoon and told me that a lot of people confused them with SOX but they were a good company and the docs were ready. She agreed to my fee and I told her that I would check them out and I did and they had a 2 Star rating. I called and left a message on her voice mail and sent her an email telling her I would not do the signing and why. She replied that the Title Company did not want to use me anyway. I believe that like I believe theres a man in the moon.

I have been working for Missy for 4 years now. She always pays me in 30-40 days. I work for her any day anytime.

Hadn't heard from X Marks the Spot in years but they called today and offered me $30 for a 2-hr each way signing. "It's only 14 pages," she said. "It's only 4 hours out of my day and you have a horrible reputation," I said. She didn't argue, just hung up.
How do companies like that stay in biz?
