If it's the same one in SC, it looks like 99% of people posting have had trouble with them.
Started to link but unsure if it is the same company.
Good luck with your collecting efforts. Also, be sure to rate (and link) them if they are the same company. If not, try to put them into SC so that others can be warned.
SC is a very useful tool. It took me a little while to use it when I first began, but now, every company that I don't already know about gets checked out in SC.

I did link them in sc, it is so frustrating with these companies that do this. What is also annoying with this one is there is 1 phone number answered in voicemail by the same person and I am pretty sure she is using caller id to NOT answer a number she knows wants paid. It does look like the same company.

If you have a land line or a fax line, try calling from one of them. I have even used someone else's cell phone for companies that I thought were doing that.

We don't have long distance on our home phone. I have a phone card I purchased from Target that I use when I have to fax to a long distance number. I have also used it for collection calls since the number is not recognizable. You might consider using a phone card for your collection calls. Target's card is $30.00 for 600 minutes but every now and then they have a special half off on the card.

Try dialing *67 first, then the number. It removes your phone number from any caller ID.

I read one of these posts, and I wrote to the email address. The reply came quickly and was this: "How about you mail me a check for $25. You will receive a lot of leads from this site. We are the top result on the web. If interested, please mail a check for $25 to: FDP Inc 23945 Calabasas Road Suite 106 Calabasas, CA 91302 Please include your phone and email address. We will build your profile and will send you an email as soon as we get your check. David Sheehan And I will pray for you tonight."
. . . so I Googled the street address. This exact same address houses: an accountant named named Barry Kritz & Associates an employment agency named Finance Diversified Personnel an attorney office named DUI Defenders with one attorney named "Kenton Koszdin" a human resources management firm name PEO7 and also offers a free online medical transcription course
Oh, and on this page: http://canada.napil.com/DisplayMemberAgreement.aspx "David Sheehan" is also known as "Saeed Sehizadeh"
If you want Saeed Sehizadeh AKA "Binky" to pray for you, send him $25.
