printer question

I have a HP printer that I want to be my first printer, and a Brother printer that I want to manually select as my backup printer. I am working off of a Toshiba laptop and I cannot figure out how to make this happen. I was having some problems with my Brother, which I corrected, and ever since then it is in the #1 slot. The HP is laser jet and I definitely want it as my #1. Any ideas? Many thanks -Patti

Go to Control Panel.

Click on Printers.

Choose the printer you want as your primary printer.

In the dropdown window, click Printers.

Click Set as Default Printer.

Close window.

Send $150 check to me at my profile address for consultation.

Because HP is nasty, and deliberate in their competition, and expensive to use. Dump the HP and uninstall their software before it is too late. We have 4 Brother printers. When 1 breaks we get another, and get supplies on the internet. They last us about 2 years each and we print Continuously.

I had all kinds of bad issues with my HP printer. Dumped it and got Brother. Works better than I could have expected.
