It is so slow. Just me or is everyone sitting at home waiting for the phone to ring?

Yep...a little bit. Like the Moneyman, I would really

like to squeeze in one more for 2010. This month was record-breaking for 2010.

November was better, but not by much.

I'm loving the down-time. Time to breathe, time to take

stock, and take care of stuff: time to continue our house-hold progress for both short and long-term projects and objectives.

A New Year.

So, I'm taking a leave from work for the month of January. But cyber-conversations - our pixeled participation in this global environment: ~posting~ may/not still be part of my connection to NotaryLand, our beloved Notary Rotary.

I learn so much here.

And with this New Year, a New Congress. The 112th Possibility for America's future - Congress-wise.

This year has been nothing short of Amazing in this Biz. Just look at the survival rate. Just look at the lessons, understandings, the growth of our professionalism and our businesses; our expertise; our wisdom and growth because, in part, of our discussions here, in this Cyber-Room.

(Just goes to show, when you hire the best, you get the best. You can't out-source that personal, face-to-face transaction.)

Anyway, a New Year's Cheers for Notary Rotary, and to all of its contributors!

In all of our shapes and sizes, amidts all of our politial bents, in all of our experiential wealth, the Community of Notary Rotary has become a substantial part of our lives - our livelihoods; it's the ultimate Water Cooler, and the sharing of our specific Knowledges with each other - an invaluable resourse for great information.

Thank you Harry and Crew. Thank you everyone who participates. Thank you, old-timers, who remember the bad-ol'-days and share those lessons - *that* - particular knowledge; and thank you Internet, which, insures we have access to this site without paying some Corporation over and above mere connectivity.

If you ask me, the fact that we're all still here is monumental. It confirms our purpose of service. I may survive this hiatus, I may not. So, from the jump, I'll just say: It's been a helluva ride, and I'm proud to have been a rider.

So, Happy New Year, one and all - friend and not-so-friend alike. Sometimes, the lines become so blurry, like ripples in ponds, or reflections; those echoes of memories.

So in that spirit of that cohesion, I wish all hands a Happy New Year, filled with Hope, Opportunity; Productivity; Security; Justice; Fairness; and Accountability.

After all, our Prosperity is up to us, isn't it? When it comes down to it - in our biz. (Personally, I'm tickled pink with the new regs - plain language disclosures and terms. Consumer satisfaction is a great thing. If there are changes to further protect Consumers this new year, I won't be surprised - I'll be plum tickled some more. Go Elizabeth Warren!)

In any event, happy trails, NotRoters - and so many, many thanks to one and all for these years past, and all the years future of this forum.

January. Time to breathe, time to take stock.

Happy New Year, everyone!
