Been very quiet to start the year! Is it everyone or just my area. Seems like the lenders and title companies are slow to adjust to the new changes. Jan. was dead and Feb has been slightly better. Cant blame the weather here everyone else is burried in snow and we are in the 70s. Hope you folks one the East coast have some good fortune soon!
