I just dodged a bullet with this company. When he called, I could not get to my computer to check them out, but said I was available, and he agreed to my fee. Then the guy proceeded to ask if I minded a few questions. I said no. First question: how long have I been doing loan signings, and how many. My answer was 1,000's as I have been doing this going on 9 years. Then he starts giving me a quiz on what each document is for, and that's when I lost it, and instead of telling him where to shove it, I just said I don't have time for this crap, and hung up.
When I finally was able to get to my computer, I read the comments, and saw the low rating.
Thank you Notary Rotary! I had an uneasy feeling about him, and now I know why.
