Mine updates automatically. It updated to 9.3.1 yesterday.

The link is an online article in PC World Magaine. I did not see any indication one can download from that article, and would be surprised to see such. Realistically, you'll need to either have automatic updates selected, or open your Adobe program and update from it. When opened, several tabs appear across the top of the screen, one of which is "Help." Select "Help" and one of the choices you'll see is "Check for updates." Click on that and you should get to click on "OK," "Update," or "Install," or similar choices, as you're lead through the downloading and installing process. The 9.3.1 update is 5.2 MB. It took about 4 minutes to download and install in my Adobe Acrobat 9 Standard version.
